Customer Service Representative - Remote (English; French or Spanish a plus)

Firepoint is a Canadian fire and life safety consultancy, in business since 1997\. Our customers are property managers and building owners across Canada, and they call us about fire safety plans, inspections, staff training and building compliance.
We are looking for a customer service representative who is at ease on the telephone. You will be the first voice our customers hear: answering inbound calls and emails, booking appointments and site visits, and following up with property managers on open requests.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent spoken and written English. French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- At least two years of customer service on the telephone, in a call centre, a front desk or a sales team.
- A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection and a headset.
- Availability during Canadian business hours (Eastern Time), at least part of the day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET.
- Calm, courteous and organised, with a habit of writing things down.
