Dollarama is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to support the Calgary Distribution Centre team in identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and standardizing processes across sites. The incumbent will produce and analyze reports and manage projects from needs assessment through implementation and user training.The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, driving standardization, and coaching teams on change management to achieve operational excellence on the floor.
