Normandin Inc ., division du Groupe Mundial , constitue un véritable chef de file dans la transformation de métal en feuille depuis plus de 30 ans en sous-traitance industrielle, particulièrement en découpe au laser, pliage, roulage, soudage et usinage de tous les types de métaux.
TON RÔLE: L'estimateur conseille et discute des soumissions avec les clients afin de répondre à leurs exigences. Il vérifie la faisabilité des demandes et énumère les étapes nécessaires pour la réalisation de la pièce. Dans les situations applicables, il suggère des améliorations de produits aux clients.
ResponsabilitésTes responsabilités:
- S’assurer de bien définir avec les clients les caractéristiques des produits demandés et les paramètres de qualité
- Vérifier la faisabilité des pièces
- Relever et corriger les informations manquantes, imprécises ou ambigües
- Vérifier la disponibilité du matériel (inventaire ou commande)
- Interpréter les plans, les dessins et les devis techniques
- Effectuer des gammes de production (inscrire chaque étape avec le temps nécessaire)
- Aider à la conception des outils, des matrices, des gabarits ou autres
- Faire des demandes de prix aux sous-traitants
- Tenir les listes de prix à jour
- Apporter des améliorations de produit pour les clients
