- Prepare executive‑ready materials to support decision‑making.
- Own enablement initiatives and pilots from concept through execution.
- Coordinate work across Operations, Asset Management, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and vendors.
- Validate assumptions and adjust approach based on site realities.
- Track risks, decisions, outcomes, and follow‑through.
- Lead operational enablement related to systems and tools.
- Act as operational counterpart to Technology and IT during evaluations and implementations.
- Oversee testing strategy, rollout readiness, and adoption.
- Oversee reporting using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Yardi, and Excel.
- Analyze trends across operational KPIs and performance metrics.

- Review analytical outputs prior to escalation.
- Establish consistency and standards for enablement work.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Operations, Real Estate, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8+ years of experience in operational analysis, enablement, or process improvement roles.
- Experience in multi‑site, asset‑intensive environments such as property management, real‑estate, hospitality, retail, or field operations.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives from definition through execution.
- Experience supporting or reviewing operational considerations for system implementations.
- Exposure to new construction or redevelopment projects from an operational perspective is an asset.
- Highly analytical and able to structure complex, ambiguous problems.
- Operationally grounded, with credibility among site and frontline teams.
- Comfortable influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Action‑oriented, pragmatic, and focused on solutions that can be implemented and sustained.
- Detail‑oriented, with high standards for quality, consistency, and follow‑through.
- An effective communicator who can translate analysis into clear, executive‑level insights.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint skills for executive communication.
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Yardi, or similar operational systems.
- Strong analytical capability, including KPI development, trend analysis, and scenario evaluation.
- Familiarity with process mapping and basic project tracking tools is an asset.
Benefits
