Responsibilities
Safely maneuver, stack, and retrieve heavy inventory with 100% accuracy.
Execute rapid loading and unloading of trailers in a high-volume environment.
Ensure seamless operations through efficient order picking and stock replenishment.
Perform daily inspections and report issues to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Use RF scanners and WMS software for real-time tracking of product movement.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols to maintain a zero-hazard workspace.
Collaborate with the team to consistently hit daily distribution and output goals.

Qualifications
Valid certification for Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Walkie machinery.
Proven track record of safe operation in high-traffic industrial environments.
Documented history of punctuality and professional dependability.
Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Commitment to a consistent, full-time schedule in the Oakville and Burlington area.
