Key Responsibilities
- Own complete CRM maintenance and lead tracking
- Facilitate data centre site prospecting and pipeline
- Implement consistent follow-up strategies for leads
- Organize and prepare meetings with sales executives
- Maintain visibility of partner referral pipelines
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales operations
- Robust CRM and pipeline management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Skilled communicator across various stakeholder levels
- Familiarity with AI in business development perspectives
