En collaboration avec la Directrice des services en santé mentale et la Directrice des services de lutte contre la violence fondée sur le genre et des initiatives communautaires, le(la) coordonnateur(trice) assure un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations des deux secteurs. Ce poste partagé et novateur vise à renforcer la coordination clinique et opérationnelle des équipes tout en favorisant une approche intégrée, collaborative et centrée sur les besoins de la clientèle.
Le(la) coordonnateur(trice) agit à titre de personne-ressource de première ligne auprès des équipes et soutient les directions dans l’encadrement du personnel, la gestion des priorités opérationnelles, la coordination des services et la gestion des situations de crise. Il(elle) contribue également au suivi de la qualité des services, à la collecte et à l’analyse des données statistiques ainsi qu’à la production des rapports requis par les bailleurs de fonds.
Responsabilités principals
- Assure la coordination quotidienne des opérations des équipes en santé mentale et en violence fondée sur le genre et de la petite enfance;
- Agit comme premier point de contact auprès des équipes pour les enjeux opérationnels et cliniques;
- Soutient la gestion des situations complexes et assurer un rôle de leadership dans la gestion de crises au sein des secteurs;
- Appuie les directions dans l’encadrement, la supervision, l’évaluation du rendement et le développement professionnel des membres des équipes;
- Accueil et prépare l’orientation des nouveaux employés;
- Favorise une approche multidisciplinaire et collaborative afin d’assurer des services adaptés aux besoins de la clientèle;
- Contribue au développement, à la mise en œuvre et à l’amélioration continue des procédures, normes de pratique et processus opérationnels;
- Participe à la planification opérationnelle et au suivi des priorités des deux secteurs;
- Planifie et anime des rencontres d’équipe, des rencontres cliniques et des discussions de cas;
- Développe une expertise des systèmes utilisés, notamment EMHware, afin d’assurer une gestion efficace des données et des opérations;
- Produit, analyse et interprète les statistiques et indicateurs de performance nécessaires aux rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
- Soutient les directions dans la préparation des rapports exigés par les bailleurs de fonds et autres partenaires;
- Veille au respect des ententes de services, des exigences des bailleurs de fonds et des normes organisationnelles;
Aptitudes et exigences spécifiques:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in health sciences, social sciences or administration
- Aptitudes à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Aptitudes à développer des partenariats et des modèles novateurs de prestation de services
- Engagement reconnu envers les interventions axées sur la collectivité et la connaissance des ressources communautaires
- Connaissance des programmes de santé mentale et les enjeux violence baser sur le genre et On y Va
- Connaissance de la gestion et évaluation de programmes
- Aptitude à superviser et orienter le personnel pour favoriser un milieu de travail efficace
- Connaissance de base de la gestion des ressources humaines et des principes de comptabilité
- Connaissance de base de la gestion et de l’analyse des données
- Trois à cinq ans d’expérience acquise à divers paliers de responsabilité dans le domaine des services santé et sociaux
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Entregent et sens de la communication
- Avoir un permis de conduire valide et avoir accès à un véhicule automobile

Coordinator – Mental Health and GBV Services Team (Bilingual)

In collaboration with the Director of Mental Health Services and the Director of Gender-Based Violence Services and Community Initiatives, the Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day management of operations for both sectors. This shared and innovative position aims to strengthen the clinical and operational coordination of teams while promoting an integrated, collaborative, and client-centered approach.
The Coordinator acts as a first-line resource person for the teams and supports management in staff supervision, operational priority management, service coordination, and crisis management. The Coordinator also contributes to service quality monitoring, data collection and analysis, and the preparation of reports required by funding bodies.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of the Mental Health, Gender-Based Violence, and Early Childhood teams;
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational and clinical matters within the teams;
- Support the management of complex situations and provide leadership in crisis management within the sectors;
- Assist management with staff supervision, performance evaluations, and professional development;
- Welcome and coordinate orientation for new employees;
- Promote a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to ensure services meet client needs;
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procedures, standards of practice, and operational processes;
- Participate in operational planning and monitoring of priorities for both sectors;
- Plan and facilitate team meetings, clinical meetings, and case discussions;
- Develop expertise in systems used, including EMHware, to ensure effective data and operational management;
- Produce, analyze, and interpret statistics and performance indicators required for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
- Support management in preparing reports required by funders and other partners;
- Ensure compliance with service agreements, funder requirements, and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Specific Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, or administration;
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
- Ability to develop partnerships and innovative service delivery models;
- Demonstrated commitment to community-based interventions and knowledge of community resources;
- Knowledge of mental health programs, gender-based violence issues, and EarlyON programs;
- Knowledge of program management and evaluation;
- Ability to supervise and guide staff to promote an effective work environment;
- Basic knowledge of human resources management and accounting principles;
- Basic knowledge of data management and analysis;
- Three to five years of experience at various levels of responsibility within the health and social services sector;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
