This permanent role at RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited seeks a Fashion Designer with 3-5 years of industry experience. You will design seasonal assortments, interpret cultural influences, and collaborate with merchandising teams. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of garment construction will be crucial in bringing concepts to life. Key Responsibilities:

Design seasonal assortments aligned with PENN. brand vision
Translate fashion trends into relevant silhouettes and color stories
Develop sketches and design packages to communicate intentions
Ensure fit and quality through fittings and reviews
Partner with Merchandising to balance creativity with business goals

Requirements:

University degree or diploma in Fashion Design
3-5 years of relevant fashion design experience
Strong understanding of fit, silhouette, and garment construction
Excellent sketching and presentation skills
Bilingual in French and English
