- Promote MBSE practices within engineering teams
- Track requirements to maintain alignment across projects
- Participate in validation and design alignment processes
- Engage in System FMEA discussions
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 15+ years of automotive system engineering experience
- Familiarity with vehicle safety systems and ADAS
- Proficient in MBSE methodologies and tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
