Part-Time Household Manager / Mother’s Helper — North Vancouver Hi! I’m a solo mom with two elementary-school-aged girls and a friendly fluffy cat, looking for an exceptional part-time Household Manager / Mother’s Helper. I’m recovering from post-concussive syndrome and significant fatigue, and our busy home can become quite cluttered. I need someone who genuinely enjoys turning household chaos into calm, functional order — someone fast, capable and proactive who sees what needs doing, prioritizes well and can work independently. The biggest priorities are:

• Kitchen resets: built-up dishes, hand-washing, dishwasher, putting everything away and making the kitchen functional again
• Laundry: sorting, washing, hang-drying as directed, KonMari-style folding and putting away
• Tidying and putting belongings back where they belong
• Sorting and putting away built-up groceries

Changing bedding and kitchen linens Light household cleaning/vacuuming as needed ⭐ Professional organizing experience is a major asset. I’d also love someone with Airbnb, hotel, housekeeping or household-management experience who is accustomed to working quickly and efficiently. Strong systems thinking is especially valuable: I’d love someone who can help us declutter over time and suggest smarter ways to organize cupboards, toys, clothing, pantry items, etc., so our home becomes progressively easier to maintain, not just tidier for the day. I’m looking for someone warm, trustworthy, reliable, efficient and an excellent communicator who asks questions when unsure and takes real pride in their work. Approximately 4–6 hours/week to start, potentially more during our initial reset and more ongoing for an exceptional fit. Occasional babysitting could also be available.
