Spellbook is looking for an Enterprise AI Engineer to engage with legal teams, enhancing their workflows through AI-powered deployments. Play a pivotal role in shaping product integration. As an Enterprise AI Engineer, you'll bridge technology and legal domains by deploying and customizing systems for large law firms. This hands-on role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to translate complex client requirements into functioning solutions. You will focus on adopting AI-driven methods to streamline legal operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation of Spellbook systems at enterprise level
- Create and integrate AI-native workflows into client processes
- Adjust and personalize product features based on customer feedback
- Ensure technologies are actively utilized and impactful
- Analyze deployment insights for continuous improvement
- 3–7 years of experience in software engineering
- Full-stack or backend development expertise
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
- Experience in API development
- Strong communication skills for enterprise interaction
