Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Mechanical Industry, specifically in Sheet Metal and Plumbing
- Proficient in Adobe, Excel, and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to navigate resistance, find solutions to setbacks, and maintain drive to completion
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with internal (management, team members) and external stakeholders (clients, customers, suppliers)
- Procurement specialist with expertise in mechanical systems for the construction industry
- Excellent time management skills
- 3-5 years of working experience
An Asset to have:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with Procore
- Familiarity with Jonas Software
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with Accounting, Project Managers, Estimating Team, and Suppliers to meet deadlines
- Issue construction Purchase Orders to staff and suppliers
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including shop drawings flow and tracking maintenance manuals
- Perform administrative duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
