Manufacturing Project Lead Position

Take the lead in manufacturing projects at Quality & Company, engaging with leading brands as an on-site Project Lead. Shape the production environment and ensure operational excellence. Your role will focus on guiding various manufacturing operations and maintaining high standards of client correspondence. With at least three years of supervisory experience, you are expected to oversee project workflows, monitor progress, and coordinate effectively with multiple departments. You will be the critical link between production and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Address daily client inquiries and project queries
- Oversee productivity through regular floor inspections
- Manage departmental scheduling and activity
- Ensure completion of jobs according to timelines
- Liaise with design teams for project approvals
- 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Understanding of shop drawings is beneficial
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 software
- A commitment to continuous improvement
