• Draft pleadings, motions, and court materials accurately
• Conduct thorough legal research for case strategies
• Attend mediations, discoveries, and court hearings
• Collaborate with team members and partners on active cases

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of litigation experience required
• Strong drafting and research skills needed
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good standing member of the Law Society of Alberta
• Training from a large firm litigation group preferred
