Senior Application Development Lead Analyst

Enhance application systems at Citigroup as a Senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst. Oversee ETL jobs and guide development to align with business goals and innovations. This senior-level role focuses on establishing and revising application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. You’ll manage ETL processes, lead systems analysis strategies, and ensure application design adheres to overall architecture blueprints. The ability to resolve complex issues while providing advanced knowledge in applications programming is critical. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to refine system integration effectively
- Resolve high-impact problems through detailed evaluation
- Provide expertise in applications programming and system design
- Develop standards for coding, testing, and implementation
- Coach mid-level developers and analysts on best practices
- 6-10 years in Apps Development or ETL systems analysis
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Talend ETL
- Extensive experience in programming software applications
- Leadership and project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
