Step into a pivotal hybrid contract role as a Senior Project Manager of Cyber Security with the Bank of Canada in Ottawa. Oversee IT security initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals while managing critical projects. In this senior role, you will report to the Assistant Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence. Required is extensive project management experience in IT security, translating business and cyber requirements into actionable solutions. Key skills include coordinating project plans, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating across teams to ensure adherence to governance. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate IT Security project management and initiatives
• Develop program/project plans and risk registers
• Plan recovery process testing with the Operational Resilience team
• Maintain project status dashboards and updates
• Facilitate scrum meetings for technical deliverables Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or similar
• At least 10 years in information security and IT
• 10 years as Senior Project Manager in cybersecurity
• Experience with PMBOK principles
• Knowledge of Cloud projects, especially Microsoft Azure Bring your cyber security expertise to the forefront at the Bank of Canada.
