Support global clients across onboarding and daily delivery.As a Senior Associate in Equity Index Client Operations, you will manage client experiences across onboarding, operations, and index requests. You will work with asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds, and trading desks. The role combines relationship management, corporate action knowledge, process improvement, and technology initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Own client relationships across onboarding, delivery, and issue resolutionExplain index methodologies and corporate action treatments clearlyCoordinate configuration, testing, implementation, and follow-upCommunicate proactively about progress, updates, and product changesPropose process, automation, and service improvementsRequirements:
Degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related fieldFour or more years in client-facing financial services or B2B rolesStrong analytical aptitude and structured problem-solving skillsExceptional organization, accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detailAdvanced Excel and comfort with digital platforms and data productsBring client ownership, index knowledge, analytical judgment, and technology curiosity to Solactive’s global equity operations team.
