Youmaintaina living record of theMD'skey clientrelationships-birthdays,families,significantlife moments - andyouflagwhatiscomingupeveryweek,organizingthe rightgestureat the right timewithoutbeingasked. Theoperationalbackbone Youowntheagency'sweeklyall-hands - consultingeverystakeholder,populatingeverysection,managingthe rotationlists, andmakingsureitrunswithoutfrictioneveryThursday. Youcoordinatetheagency'sPR pipeline,trackingdeadlines and holdingcontributorsaccountablesopressreleasesgetwritten,proofread, andsent ontime. You areadirect extension of the MD -supportingthe local leadershipteamoneverythingthatshapeshowthisagencyisexperiencedinMontreal, ateverylevel.
