Preschool Teacher

Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:- Implement lesson plans that align with educational goals of the preschool- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning environment- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrator- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

Skills:- Special education: Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques to support students with diverse learning needs- Leadership: Ability to lead a classroom, manage student behavior, and guide students in their learning journey- Classroom management: Strong organizational skills to create a structured and engaging learning environment- Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues- Organizational skills: Ability to plan lessons, manage resources, and maintain an organized classroom environment- Time management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines, complete administrative tasks, and provide individualized attention to students- Childcare: Knowledge of child development principles and ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for young children

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Education Degree or Early Childhood Education Diploma (or in progress of completing either will be considered)

- First Aid and CPR

-Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
