Forklift operator

Our client, a leading production and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: HAMILTON, ON

Pay Rate: $20

Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify quantities, product numbers, addresses, and shipping documents for accuracy
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Load and unload freight, staging shipments for pickup
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies

What's Needed?

• Forklift license and experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Good organizational and communication skills
