Take charge of supply chain operations at Cinnabar Valley Farms in Pitt Meadows, BC. This full-time role leads purchasing, inventory management, and logistics for our new Distribution Centre. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the General Manager, overseeing the distribution network and regional logistics. You will require a strong foundation in inventory management, demand forecasting, and transportation planning while providing operational oversight. This role demands strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in a growing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inventory planning and forecasting across distribution network
- Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships effectively
- Oversee transportation logistics and carrier performance
- Establish operational systems for the Pitt Meadows facility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout supply chain
- 5–10 years progressive supply chain and operations experience
- Prior experience in management or supervisory roles
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems
- Ability to travel occasionally for operations management
