We are currently hiring for Security Guard positions at a high-profile retail mall and are hosting an upcoming off-hours hiring event .

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols of the shopping centre, including common areas, entrances, and exterior spaces
- Monitor CCTV and respond to any suspicious activity, theft, or safety concerns
- Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and maintain a safe environment
- Assist shoppers and tenants with directions, inquiries, and general support
- Respond to incidents such as disturbances, alarms, medical situations, and lost persons
- Work closely with mall management and store staff to support daily operations
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Follow all site policies and emergency procedures as required
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
- Availability for continental shifts (days/nights) or casual hours
