Finance Automation Transformation Manager

Lead Finance transformation at Sun Life using GenAI, Agentic AI, and Power Query across global Finance teams and developers.As Manager, Finance Automation, you will lead engagements from discovery through adoption and value realization. You will assess processes, define requirements, and shape intelligent automation solutions. The work combines consulting, financial services, insurance, technology, and transformation experience to modernize Finance through redesign, platforms, data, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end transformation engagements through solution deliveryIdentify high-impact GenAI and Agentic AI use casesMap Finance processes and uncover root causesShape user stories and prioritized Agile backlogsTrack benefits and validate financial resultsRequirements:
CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, or relevant degreeFive to seven years of related industry experienceConsulting experience delivering change initiativesAdvanced Excel and Power Query skillsStrong communication, analytical, and project management skillsApply Finance transformation, AI automation, Power Query, and stakeholder leadership to deliver measurable value at Sun Life.
