Freight Brokerage Customer Success Manager
Descartes Group
Drive freight brokerage customer success through Descartes TMS expertise, data-driven account management, and trusted relationships in a remote position.
This Technical Account Manager role supports freight brokers using Descartes Transportation Management System solutions. You will improve LTL and FTL workflow adoption, strengthen retention, and identify account growth opportunities. Success depends on customer communication, renewal management, and measurable account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships and manage account health proactively
- Guide freight brokers toward stronger TMS adoption
- Conduct business reviews and address customer challenges
- Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Use CRM data and usage metrics to track performance
Requirements:
- Five to six years in account management or customer success
- Understanding of freight brokerage, LTL, FTL, and TMS workflows
- Ability to manage renewals and negotiate effectively
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Microsoft Office
