- Oversee manufacturing at a state-of-the-art automated facility
- Lead plant start-up and transition to stable production
- Execute operational ramp-up plans with key stakeholders
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise production teams and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience
