- Ensure operational excellence through incident management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- Experience managing scalable cloud systems and AWS
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and virtualization
- Strong background in scripting for automation
- Understanding of compliance standards like HITRUST
