Expected Start Date: June 29, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Calder Centre City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Addiction Serv Res Care Unit&Trtmt Facil-Calder Centre Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: May 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Nights, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: shifts of 299 hours per 8 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Addictions Counsellor - Diploma $29.584 to $36.176 Travel Required: No Job : As a successful applicant, you will be responsible to provide recovery services to persons affected by substance abuse and family members. This will include screening and on-going assessment activities, individual and group counseling, case and file management and community resource involvement. You will be working within a team environment. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: Saskatchewan Health Authority (Saskatoon) relies on Section 56 of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code to give preference in employment to female applicants for this position.
