Senior M365 C# Developer AI

Build AI-powered enterprise software remotely across Canada using C#/.NET and Microsoft 365 technologies as a Senior M365 Software Developer.
This permanent, full-time role suits seasoned developers with five-plus years of professional C#/.NET experience. You will modernize development practices, introduce secure AI coding agents, and deliver reliable commercial software. The work involves collaboration with engineering, product, quality, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software
- Champion AI coding agents and secure agentic workflows
- Improve testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation
- Mentor developers and establish repeatable engineering practices
- Lead component design, reviews, and continuous integration
Requirements:
- Five-plus years developing professionally with C#/.NET
- SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, or Microsoft Graph experience
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents
- Azure DevOps, Jira, Agile/SCRUM, and CI proficiency
- Strong English communication and technical leadership skills
