Lead process quality engineering at Kardium, applying non-conformance management and root-cause analysis across a two-shift manufacturing operation.As Process Quality Engineering Team Lead – Operations, you will guide Process Quality Engineers supporting Catheter/Introducer subassembly processes. You will investigate quality issues, disposition non-conforming products, and coordinate rework activities. The position requires collaboration with Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance. Kardium develops The Globe® Pulsed Field System for atrial fibrillation treatment and is focused on regulatory approvals and commercial launch.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process Quality Engineers across operational and project workInvestigate and disposition non-conforming products and materialsCoordinate rework activities within subassembly processesDrive systemic product quality investigations and improvementsReport product quality trends and process performanceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineeringAt least eight years of engineering experienceExperience in technical, multidisciplinary environmentsKnowledge of statistics, SPC, FMEA, and process capabilityExperience with non-conformances and root-cause analysisApply your leadership, quality engineering, and investigation expertise to support Kardium’s medical device manufacturing operations.
