Job Responsibility:
Join a dynamic and exciting team in the Morgan Creek/Rosemary Area.
Creative Kids Learning Centers is searching for a permanent full-time Supervisor for our Preschool program at our Rosemary location. This position is for someone with their ECE certification and that has well developed leadership skills and experience in a Supervisor position. This position would begin as of September 2024.

Requirements:
- Have a minimum ECE license
- Have a minimum of 2 years Supervisor/Leadership experience
- Must have full availability 7:00am-6:00pm each day (Your shifts would likely be 7am-3pm however, it is an expectation you're available to work any shift between 7am-6pm should the facility require support)
- Be available and flexible with shifts to accommodate supporting the program whenever needed
- Be able to support morning and after school walking transport to and from the elementary school for the school aged children (8am-9am/2pm-3pm)
- Have the interpersonal skills to be able to lead, mentor and model a staffing team
- Excellent guiding and caring skills and use of ECE language
- Understand the routines and expectations of the programs and make sure they are met
- Have the temperament to be able to deal with stressful situations and be flexible with issues that will arise in a busy program
- Confidence and temperament to work with challenging behaviours
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and reliable - understanding the importance of being a leader for the program

- Open to stepping in for sick staff when needed
- Knowledgeable in licensing requirements and making sure that standards are met
- Be open to learning our Lillio app and be responsible for inputting children's information daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
