Manager Canadian Health Economics Access

Toronto-based Manager leading Canadian health economics, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies for Novartis brands. Apply only if Toronto is accessible.
This Manager develops economic evidence, value messages, and market positioning for timely listings and contract renewals. The role leads Canadian HTA submissions, interprets payer research, and shapes product listing agreements with Access, Medical, Health Policy, and international HEOR partners. Strong Canadian market access experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead optimal pricing strategies with global and regional partners
- Develop economic evidence supporting national patient access
- Lead HTA submissions for assigned pharmaceutical assets
- Interpret Canadian reimbursement opportunities, barriers, and stakeholder needs
- Develop evidence dossiers for Canada’s Drug Agency and INESSS
Requirements:
- Advanced education in health economics or related discipline
- Demonstrated Canadian HTA and market access experience
- Expertise in economic modelling, reviews, or treatment comparisons
- Experience developing pharmaceutical HTA submissions and evidence dossiers
- Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
