We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing to join our growing team! The Consultant, Workplace Wellbeing is responsible for providing a range of confidential services to students, residents, and physicians experiencing concerns/conflict in the workplace. Theyplay a key role in supporting and advocating for our members by managing complex cases, facilitating workplace wellbeing initiatives, and providing strategic guidance. This position engages with members, leadership, and other stakeholders at all levels, delivering expert advice, resolution services, and driving systemic changes to foster healthy, engaged, and resilient workplaces. This role is also a key stakeholder ensuring existing health and wellbeing services (both internal and external) are fit-for-purpose as well identifying new services that will benefit our members. This is done in collaboration with stakeholders at local, provincial and national levels. This position is based on-site at our office in Regina, SK, with a voluntary hybrid work option subject to approval under our Hybrid Work Arrangement policy.
