After Hours Receptionist

The After-hours Receptionist greets families visiting the Centre and provides administrative support.
· Responds to client, staff and visitor enquiries
· Establishes good rapport with children, families, and involved professionals
· Answers telephone and directs calls
· Reschedules appointments for staff and clients
· Provides administrative support as assigned
· Follows Lansdowne's policies and procedures
· Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
· Secondary School Graduate, or equivalent
· College Diploma in Administration preferred
· Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Previous administrative work experience with a focus on customer service
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
