Reporting to the Director of Operations, and based out of our Windsor, Ontario location, the Regional Operations Specialist supports branch operations by driving process improvement, ensuring operational consistency, and assisting branches in achieving performance, safety, inventory, and customer service objectives.

This role works closely with branch managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and support operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the role: 

• Support branch operations through site visits, coaching, and process reviews.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and work with branch to meet and exceed inventory management, cycle counting, and loss prevention KPI’s.
• Support branch openings, relocations, integrations, and special projects.
• Coordinate operational training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Partner with branch leaders to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports, track action items, and follow up on improvement plans
• Support health, safety, and compliance programs across all locations.
• Perform branch audits, working with the operations team and assisting in other areas when required

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of operations, warehouse, or distribution experience, together with strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.   In addition, you will need proficiency in Microsof Office, particularly Excel.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building abilities.

This position also requires the ability to travel regularly throughout Ontario.

Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to Ontario and is provided in accordance with the Ontario Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of Ontario.
