Location: Windsor, ON
Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wage: $39-$50/HR - depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly install, inspect, replace, and repair machinery to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, including minor electrical repairs and welding tasks
- Retrieve parts as needed using the maintenance van (personal vehicle may be used; mileage reimbursed)
- Adhere to maintenance schedules and suggest improvements to optimize cost, quality, and service; report any irregularities to the supervisor
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical code specifications for industrial equipment installation
- Install, inspect, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, conduits, switch boxes, feeders, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
- Maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
- Consistently follow proper lockout/tag-out procedures to ensure safe operation of all machinery
Requirements:
- Red Seal Industrial Millwright - 433A certification or 4th year apprentice
- 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- 2 years of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Must have own tools
