Your Role (and Impact)
As an Account Manager , you’ll be the strategic connector between client goals, internal teams, and real results. You’ll lead accounts, guide execution, and ensure every deliverable moves the needle.
You’ll:
- Support the Team – Act as the operational backbone for the account team, helping ensure projects move efficiently and everyone has what they need to succeed.
- Own Client Relationships – Be the go-to partner for your clients. You’ll build trust, communicate proactively, and solve problems before they start.
- Manage the Work – Oversee daily execution across media and creative; ensure everything runs on time and exceeds expectations.
- Drive Performance – Collaborate with media strategists to analyze data, identify opportunities, and guide strategy.
- Tell the Story – Translate metrics into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Handle Budgets – Own forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing with precision.
- Stay Ahead – Keep clients and teams informed on the latest marketing and industry trends.
- Integrate AI – Use generative AI tools to streamline work, spark ideas, and improve execution.
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years in an agency or client services environment.
- Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Financial fluency — you’ve owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Data-savvy — you can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy accordingly.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
- Comfortable using (and learning) AI tools to increase speed and quality.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Background in ecommerce, education, or B2B verticals.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience upselling or growing client accounts.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

Votre rôle (et votre impact)
En tant que gestionnaire de comptes , vous serez le lien stratégique entre les objectifs des clients, les équipes internes et les résultats concrets. Vous dirigerez les comptes, guiderez l’exécution et veillerez à ce que chaque livrable génère un réel impact.
Dans ce rôle, vous allez :
- Soutenir l’équipe – Agir comme pilier opérationnel pour l’équipe de comptes afin que les projets avancent efficacement et que chacun dispose des ressources nécessaires pour réussir.
- Gérer les relations clients – Être le partenaire de confiance de vos clients. Vous bâtirez des relations solides, communiquerez de façon proactive et résoudrez les problèmes avant qu’ils n’apparaissent.
- Gérer l’exécution – Superviser l’exécution quotidienne des campagnes média et créatives, en veillant à respecter les échéanciers et à dépasser les attentes.
- Stimuler la performance – Collaborer avec les stratèges média pour analyser les données, repérer des opportunités et orienter la stratégie.
- Raconter l’histoire des données – Transformer les indicateurs de performance en récits clairs et en recommandations stratégiques.
- Gérer les budgets – Assurer la précision des prévisions, le suivi budgétaire et le rythme des campagnes.
- Garder une longueur d’avance – Informer les clients et les équipes des tendances marketing et des évolutions de l’industrie.
- Intégrer l’IA – Utiliser des outils d’IA générative pour accélérer les processus, générer des idées et améliorer l’exécution.
Expérience requise
- 3 ans ou plus d’expérience en agence ou en service-conseil auprès de clients
- Expérience démontrée en marketing de performance, incluant l’exécution et l’optimisation de campagnes média payantes
- Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux
- Solide compréhension financière — gestion de budgets, prévisions et rythme des investissements média
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
- Forte aisance avec les données — capacité d’interpréter les résultats de campagne et d’ajuster la stratégie en conséquence
- Grande attention aux détails, sens de l’organisation et responsabilisation
- Confort à utiliser (et à apprendre) des outils d’IA pour améliorer la rapidité et la qualité du travail
Atouts
- Expérience dans les secteurs du commerce électronique, de l’éducation ou du B2B
- Familiarité avec GA4, Looker Studio ou d’autres plateformes d’analyse
- Expérience en développement ou en croissance de comptes clients
