Salary : $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience

Are you an organized and meticulous person who enjoys keeping track of multiple files at once?

We are recruiting for a company specialized in commercial construction and interior design, which wishes to add a person to its team to support project managers in their administrative tasks and daily file follow-ups.

The goal is simple: to allow project managers to focus on managing and executing the work while you ensure that documents, information, and follow-ups are well organized.

Your daily tasks

• Provide administrative support to project managers for several ongoing files.
  
• Open project files and ensure their updates throughout the work.
  
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on purchase orders.
  
• Provide support for billing and follow-up on administrative documents related to projects.
  
• Organize, classify, and keep project documents up to date.
  
• Follow up and remind suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ensure follow-up on requests, deadlines, and pending items.
  
• Facilitate the flow of information between project managers and various stakeholders.
  

The desired profile

• You have experience in administration or project coordination support, ideally in the construction field.
  
• You understand the general functioning of a construction project and its various stages.
  
• You are very comfortable with computer tools and document management.
  
• You can manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing track.
  
• You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a good sense of priorities.
  
• You enjoy working in a team and communicate easily with different stakeholders.
  

Important assets

• Knowledge of contract terminations, receipts, and payment holds in construction.
  
• Experience in project administration with a general contractor.
  
• Knowledge of commercial construction and interior design.
  
• Training in administration, construction, architecture, or interior design.
