Senior Technical Program Manager AI/ML

Autodesk

Transform AI/ML initiatives at Autodesk as a Senior Technical Program Manager. Lead efforts on the Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA) and ensure effective delivery across teams in a hybrid environment. In this strategic position within the Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) team, you will guide cross-functional programs that take AI capabilities from research to scalability. Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing complex projects are vital for influencing decisions and driving successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Guide end-to-end GAIA program implementations
Collaborate with engineering and product teams
Develop and maintain plan transparency
Report risks and progress to stakeholders
Support teams in navigating project challenges

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related areas
Over 5 years managing technical initiatives
3+ years in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and AI systems
Effective communication with diverse teams
