I am looking for an experienced housekeeper for bi-weekly cleaning of my home. I am a single professional who works from home and have clients in my home office from time to time. I’m seeking someone who takes pride in their work with attention to detail. Punctuality and reliability are important to me. The apartment is about 1000 ft.². There are two bedrooms one that is used as a bedroom in the second that is a home office area. The primary responsibilities will include cleaning the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, floors and surfaces, dusting of decor and baseboards and changing the bed linens each clean. My apartment has large windows which will need to be maintained. I have a small dog who is friendly and does not shed. I look after my own laundry and ironing. However if my illness flares I may request assistance with some additional tasks or errands and will pay for your time accordingly. I am offering a rate of $30 per hour for this position. I’m looking for one person dedicated to my home who is looking for long term employment.
