This full-time role involves managing an offshore support team and prioritizing the Cherwell support queue based on SLA requirements. The ideal candidate will regularly report on status updates and support incidents, ensuring optimal system functionality. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the Cherwell support queue for incidents
- Manage day-to-day tasks of the offshore support team
- Report regularly to management and stakeholders on incidents
- Lead root cause analysis for production incident resolution
- Coordinate change delivery across development and production environments
- Proven experience with BPC Standard production support
- Strong abilities in SAP BW core and backend technologies
- Comfortable creating management reports and dashboards
- Experience coordinating offshore teams across time zones
- Familiarity with month-end and quarter-end close cycles
