Technology Architect: MS Dynamics Focus

Lead architectural initiatives as a Technology Architect at the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery in Toronto. This onsite role emphasizes deep knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and its integration capabilities. In this position, you'll be tasked with developing and overseeing technical architecture that caters to a distributed, cross-platform environment. Your hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365, coupled with your understanding of Dataverse and the Power Platform, will be put to the test as you implement effective solutions. Engaging with teams across the government, you will ensure high-quality service delivery and interoperability between technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage architecture frameworks for applications
• Ensure efficient integration of Microsoft technologies
• Determine the information needs of the development environment
• Oversee the use of Dataverse in data management
• Support case management and service delivery through Dynamics 365

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365
• Knowledgeable in Dynamics integration and custom development
• Familiarity with Power Platform and its applications
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse design and development
• Experience in Dynamics CRM Customer Service features
