Role Description
We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner to design execute and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience across different performance testing methodologies protocols performance analysis and CI/CD integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze non-functional requirements and define performance testing strategies aligned with application objectives.
- Design develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen Controller and Analysis) .
- Create workload models and simulate real-world user load scenarios.
- Conduct Load Stress Spike Endurance/Soak Scalability and Capacity testing.
- Develop performance test scripts for Web ( Web Services REST/SOAP APIs TruClient and other supported protocols.
- Execute performance tests and monitor application behavior under varying load conditions.
- Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application database middleware and infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with developers DBAs and infrastructure teams on performance tuning and optimization.
- Prepare performance test reports with findings recommendations and improvement plans.
- Implement performance test automation and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines .
- Support performance testing activities within Agile development environments .
