We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, focusing on supporting our Royal Bay contracts.

Your job would be to support our Superintendents, Estimators, and Project Managers, delivering on the projects we've already won, assisting us in securing recent work, and exceeding our client expectations.

Key Qualifications

• Interest in project management (PM) and civil estimating. Any experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PM concepts (budgeting, scoping, scheduling & QC), financial acumen (forecasting, job costing, accruals/billing), resource allocation, WSBC safety standards, engineering specifications (MMCD, MoTI, various municipalities), and construction processes & documentation (contracts, contracts law, scopes of work, change orders, etc.) beneficial.
• Survey experience beneficial.
• AutoCAD experience beneficial.
• Civil Technologist Diploma beneficial.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High attention to detail.

Key Duties

• Supports Project Manager and Superintendent through various administrative tasks.
• Quantity measurement and tracking for monthly progress payments.
• Assists with daily job costing.
• Reviews material deliveries.
• Assists in procurement of materials and provides purchase orders.
• Assists with processing claims for additional work and change orders.
• Produces weekly progress reports for clients.
• Assists with shop drawing submittals and tracking.
• Maintains tracking logs for RFIs, change orders, and drawing revisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
