Victoria Park Médispa recherche un(e) Spécialiste applicatif qui est un membre essentiel de l’équipe TI et soutient nos cliniques Médispa en recherchant, évaluant, configurant et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations au sein de la plateforme de gestion clinique (Zenoti) et d'autres applications commerciales de l'organisation. Ce poste est axé sur le développement des fonctionnalités en phase initiale, la définition des exigences, les tests, la configuration des flux de travail et la préparation des services opérationnels à l'adoption. Les responsabilités comprennent la création de contenus de formation de haute qualité, la planification de la mise en œuvre sur le terrain et la coordination du transfert en douceur des fonctionnalités matures aux responsables opérationnels. Une fois qu’une fonctionnalité ou une solution logicielle est entièrement définie, testée et prête à être utilisée en mode stable, ce rôle transfère la responsabilité aux équipes opérationnelles appropriées.
Principales responsabilités :
Gestion et amélioration des applications
- Examiner les notes de version, mises à jour et nouvelles fonctionnalités de Zenoti afin d’identifier les bénéfices opérationnels potentiels.
- Rechercher et évaluer de nouveaux modules, fonctionnalités et solutions logicielles complémentaires.
- Réaliser des études de faisabilité et formuler des recommandations au Directeur TI.
- Participer aux démonstrations et sessions de découverte avec les fournisseurs concernant les fonctionnalités émergentes et les intégrations.
- Effectuer des tests, configurations et formations sur site – disponibilité requise pour des déplacements de 10 à 30 %.
Configuration, tests et mise en œuvre
- Configurer les fonctionnalités, flux de travail et modules en phase initiale, conformément aux exigences opérationnelles et TI.
- Réaliser des tests de bout en bout, valider le comportement fonctionnel et documenter les résultats.
- Préparer les livrables de gestion du changement, incluant plans de déploiement, supports de formation et directives de mise en œuvre.
- Coordonner avec l’équipe TI et les fournisseurs pour les intégrations ou dépendances techniques.
Contenu de formation et préparation à la mise en œuvre sur le terrain
- Développer des supports de formation de haute qualité, incluant guides utilisateurs, SOP, tutoriels vidéo et outils de référence.
- Assurer des sessions de formation des formateurs auprès des responsables opérationnels avant le déploiement sur le terrain.
- Soutenir les phases initiales de mise en œuvre afin d’assurer l’adoption et de confirmer le comportement du système.
- Transférer les fonctionnalités matures aux responsables des départements opérationnels une fois validées et stables.
Gestion de projets
- Diriger des projets technologiques et applicatifs de petite à moyenne envergure, incluant la définition de la portée, des délais et des livrables.
- Favoriser la collaboration inter-départements pour recueillir les exigences et communiquer l’état d’avancement des projets.
- Assurer que l’exécution du projet respecte les processus TI, les normes de documentation et les attentes de qualité.
Support, gouvernance et amélioration continue
- Soutenir l’identification des problèmes durant les phases de test ou de déploiement et coordonner avec les fournisseurs pour leur résolution.
- Maintenir la documentation de configuration, les scripts de test et les journaux de changement.
- Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des flux de travail, de réduction du travail manuel et d’amélioration de la cohérence des données.
- Assurer que le transfert des processus stabilisés aux équipes opérationnelles soit clair et documenté.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en systèmes d’information, administration des affaires, informatique ou expérience équivalente.
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en support applicatif, analyse de systèmes ou coordination de projets TI.
- Expérience avec Zenoti ou des systèmes de gestion de clinique/spa/commerce de détail similaires, un atout.
- Solide compréhension de la configuration système, de la cartographie des flux de travail et de la collecte des exigences.
- Excellentes compétences en formation, communication et documentation.
- Expérience en tests, processus d’assurance qualité et gestion du changement.
- À l’aise pour travailler avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
- Le/la candidat(e) doit être capable de communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais afin de soutenir les opérations dans nos sites au Québec (60 %) et d’assister, guider et collaborer avec les équipes et gestionnaires situés hors Québec (Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta – 40 % des sites). Cette compétence bilingue est essentielle pour assurer une communication claire et efficace à travers toutes nos régions et la conformité aux réglementations linguistiques.

Victoria Park Medispa is seeking a Application Specialist as an integral member of the IT team and supports our Medispa clinics by researching, evaluating, configuring, and implementing new features and enhancements within the organization’s clinic management platform (Zenoti) and other business applications. This role focuses on early-stage functionality development, defining requirements, testing, configuring workflows, and preparing operational departments for adoption. Responsibilities include the creation of high-quality training content, planning field implementation, and coordinating smooth handover of mature features to operational owners. Once a feature or software solution is fully defined, tested, and ready for steady-state use, this role transfers responsibility to the appropriate operating teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Management & Enhancement
- Review Zenoti release notes, updates, and new features to identify potential operational benefits.
- Research and evaluate new modules, functionality, and complementary software solutions.
- Perform feasibility assessments and provide recommendations to the Director of IT.
- Participate in vendor demos and discovery sessions related to emerging features and integrations.
- Perform on-site testing, configuration, and training – Must be available to travel 10-30%.
Configuration, Testing & Implementation
- Configure early-stage features, workflows, and modules in alignment with operational and IT requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, validate functional behavior, and document results.
- Prepare change-management deliverables including rollout plans, training materials, and implementation guidance.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors on integrations or technical dependencies.
Training Content & Field Implementation Preparation
- Develop high-quality training materials, including user guides, SOPs, video tutorials, and reference tools.
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions to operational leaders prior to field deployment.
- Support early implementation phases to ensure initial adoption and confirm system behavior.
- Handoff mature features to operational department owners once validated and stable.
Project Management
- Lead small to medium technology and application projects, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to gather requirements and communicate project status.
- Ensure project execution aligns with IT processes, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
Support, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Support issue identification during the testing or rollout phase and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Maintain configuration documentation, test scripts, and change logs.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and enhance data consistency.
- Ensure handoff of stabilized processes to operational teams is clear and documented.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years' experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT project coordination.
- Experience with Zenoti or similar clinic/spa/retail management systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, workflow mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent training, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience testing, QA processes, and change management practices.
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in French and English in order to support operations at our sites in Quebec (60%) and to assist, guide, and collaborate with teams and managers located outside Quebec (Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta – 40% of sites). This bilingual skill is essential to ensure clear and effective communication across all our regions and compliance with language regulations.
