Save the Water Operations Director Role

Drive operational improvements as the Operations Director for Save the Water™ (STW™), focusing on enhancing organizational impact and efficiency in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will contribute to STW™’s mission by overseeing operational efficiencies for a minimum of 12 hours each week. Your ability to inspire and mentor teams will be pivotal in aligning departmental objectives with the vision of achieving contamination-free water. This position is key for fostering growth and success within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with the leadership team
• Quickly understand operational processes and rules
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements
• Engage in strategic decision-making initiatives
• Develop internal growth resources and capabilities

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in growth-stage settings
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
• PhD or Master's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience
