Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, this senior role is pivotal in embedding a risk-informed approach across the organization. You will champion a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap, engage industry partners, and foster a high-performing security culture. Strong leadership and decision-making will underpin the successful execution of your initiatives, enhancing overall cyber maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic transformation of cyber security functions
• Create a risk management framework for IT and OT environments
• Integrate security into technology strategies
• Engage with stakeholders for regulatory compliance
• Support enterprise architecture strategy development
Requirements:
• University Degree with a decade of leadership experience
• Proven experience with cyber security programs
• Familiarity with information security frameworks
• Certified credentials like CISA or CRISC
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
