Infusion, Clinical Nurse Educator (Hybride) - Halifax

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Patient Solutions team.
The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for providing education and technical product support to healthcare professionals and infusion clinic teams. This role supports the appropriate understanding and use of assigned therapies in accordance with approved Canadian product authorizations, client objectives, regional business plans, and all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Working in close collaboration with the National Clinical Nurse Manager, Medical Affairs, Commercial Field Teams, Patient Access, and other key client stakeholders, the Clinical Nurse Educator delivers high-quality, compliant education programs that support the safe, effective, and consistent delivery of patient care within infusion settings.
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical education, stakeholder engagement, and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and professional support.
Reporting To: Director, Patient Solutions Operations
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (70% Remote / 30% Field-Based)
Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% travel within the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities
Deliver product education and clinical support to healthcare professionals involved in iron infusion therapy.
Conduct educational programs and training sessions in infusion clinics and healthcare settings.
Maintain expertise on assigned products, disease areas, and clinical data to support customer needs.
Support the implementation and appropriate use of therapies within infusion and related clinical settings.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, infusion clinic teams, and key stakeholders.
Identify educational needs and share customer insights with internal teams.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Access, and Patient Solutions teams to support regional objectives.
Assist with the planning and delivery of educational meetings, training programs, and customer engagements.
Ensure all activities comply with Canadian regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Document customer interactions and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with company requirements.
Fulfill administrative tasks including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, e-mail correspondence, and time reporting.
Participate in local and national meetings or conferences to stay informed on program developments and share insights with the Patient Solutions team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse (RN) with active or eligible Canadian registration required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing/clinical background is preferred.
Proven experience in a clinical environment is required.
Experience or understanding of iron therapy, infusion therapy, or infusion-related products is preferred.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the Canadian healthcare environment is an asset.
Strong practical knowledge of the relevant specialty and disease area is preferred.
Experience delivering face-to-face and/or virtual presentations, training, or education to healthcare professionals is required.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Ability to identify, influence, and build advocacy with customers in key accounts through compliant education and professional engagement.
Strong communication, presentation, education, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to interpret clinical and technical information and translate it into clear, practical education for nursing and clinic audiences.
Ability to support infusion clinics, departments, and healthcare services in delivering high-quality patient care.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, field-based environment with regional and national stakeholders.
High ethical standards, sound judgment, and strong commitment to compliance.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s licence required.
Ability to travel within Canada, including some overnight travel.
Languages: Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) is required.
Canada-based field role; specific region to be confirmed based on business needs.

L’Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) éducateur(trice) est responsable de fournir de la formation et du soutien technique sur les produits aux professionnels de la santé et aux équipes des cliniques de perfusion. Ce rôle vise à favoriser la compréhension et l’utilisation appropriées des thérapies attribuées, conformément aux autorisations de mise en marché canadiennes approuvées, aux objectifs du client, aux plans d’affaires régionaux ainsi qu’à toutes les exigences réglementaires et de conformité applicables.
En étroite collaboration avec le/la gestionnaire national(e) des infirmier(ère)s clinicien(ne)s, les Affaires médicales, les équipes commerciales sur le terrain, l’Accès aux patients et d’autres intervenants clés du client, l’Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) éducateur(trice) assure la prestation de programmes de formation de haute qualité et conformes aux exigences, favorisant la prestation sécuritaire, efficace et uniforme des soins aux patients dans les milieux de perfusion.
Ce poste convient parfaitement à un(e) infirmier(ère) autorisé(e) d’expérience qui est passionné(e) par l’éducation clinique, la collaboration avec les parties prenantes et l’amélioration des résultats pour les patients grâce à une pratique fondée sur les données probantes et à un soutien professionnel de qualité.

Type d’emploi : Contrat de 12 mois.
Mode de travail : Hybride, avec 70 % du temps en télétravail et 30 % en activités sur le terrain.
Déplacements requis : Environ 30 % de déplacements au sein du territoire attribué.
Principales responsabilités
Fournir de la formation sur les produits et un soutien clinique aux professionnels de la santé impliqués dans les traitements par perfusion de fer.
Animer des programmes éducatifs et des séances de formation dans les cliniques de perfusion et autres établissements de soins.
Maintenir une expertise à jour concernant les produits assignés, les aires thérapeutiques et les données cliniques pertinentes afin de répondre aux besoins des clients.
Soutenir la mise en œuvre et l’utilisation appropriée des thérapies dans les cliniques de perfusion et les milieux cliniques connexes.
Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les professionnels de la santé, les équipes des cliniques de perfusion et les principales parties prenantes.
Identifier les besoins en formation et partager les observations et commentaires des clients avec les équipes internes.
Collaborer avec les équipes des Affaires médicales, Commerciales, de l’Accès aux patients et des Solutions aux patients afin de soutenir les objectifs régionaux.
Participer à la planification et à la réalisation de rencontres éducatives, de programmes de formation et d’activités d’engagement auprès des clients.
Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient réalisées conformément à la réglementation canadienne, aux normes de l’industrie et aux politiques de l’entreprise.
Documenter les interactions avec les clients et signaler les événements indésirables ainsi que les plaintes relatives aux produits conformément aux procédures de l’entreprise.
Effectuer les tâches administratives requises, notamment les mises à jour quotidiennes des systèmes, les rapports hebdomadaires d’activités, la correspondance par courriel et la déclaration du temps travaillé.
Participer aux réunions, congrès et conférences à l’échelle locale et nationale afin de demeurer informé(e) des développements du programme et de partager les apprentissages avec l’équipe Solutions aux patients.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée.
Qualifications
Infirmier(ère) autorisé(e) (IA) détenant un permis d’exercice canadien valide ou admissible à l’inscription au Canada.
Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières ou formation clinique équivalente, un atout.
Expérience démontrée dans un environnement clinique requise.
Expérience ou connaissance de la thérapie par le fer, de la thérapie par perfusion ou des produits liés à la perfusion, un atout.
Bonne compréhension du marché pharmaceutique et du système de santé canadien, un atout.
Solide connaissance pratique de la spécialité thérapeutique et du domaine pathologique concernés, un atout.
Expérience dans l’animation de présentations, de formations ou d’activités éducatives, en personne ou virtuellement, auprès de professionnels de la santé.
Compétences
Capacité à identifier les occasions d’influence auprès des clients clés et à développer leur engagement grâce à une approche éducative conforme.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, présentation, formation et établissement de relations professionnelles.
Capacité à interpréter l’information clinique et technique et à la traduire en contenu éducatif clair et pratique destiné aux infirmier(ère)s et aux équipes cliniques.
Capacité à soutenir les cliniques de perfusion, les départements hospitaliers et les services de santé dans la prestation de soins de grande qualité.
Aisance à travailler dans un environnement interfonctionnel et sur le terrain avec des intervenants régionaux et nationaux.
Normes éthiques élevées, jugement professionnel solide et engagement marqué envers la conformité.
Autres exigences
Permis de conduire valide requis.
Disponibilité pour voyager à travers le Canada, incluant certains déplacements avec nuitées.
Langues: Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit) est requis.
Poste terrain basé au Canada; la région sera déterminée en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
