Technical Support Analyst in Ottawa

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will diagnose issues for field technicians, ensuring seamless operations during a hybrid, late shift role. TrueContext is seeking a talented Technical Support Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role. You will be responsible for resolving issues, providing insights, and guiding customers through complex technical problems. This position emphasizes effective communication and accurate ticket management. Key Responsibilities:

Own the ticket from start to finish
Diagnose problems in forms, data sources, and mobile apps
Escalate incidents and keep affected customers informed
Create help articles for recurring issues
Provide insights on ticket patterns to improve support

Requirements:

2 to 4 years in technical support at a SaaS company
Proficient in reading API documentation and JSON payloads
Experience with REST APIs or field service platforms
Ability to explain technical issues clearly
Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule
