Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer focused Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, greeting and assisting customers, and working with the owner and GM to ensure a smooth business operation. This role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in computer programs, and strong organizational skills.
Duties
- Review damaged vehicles, both in person and via pictures and create accurate estimates in a timely manor.
- Assist customers from start to finish of the repair process.
- Assist the GM and owner with business operations.
- Order, receive and check parts to ensure they are correct.
- Prepare invoices for customers and insurance companies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office.
- Assist the GM and Owner with quality control and ensuring all vehicles are clean and ready for delivery.
- Drive vehicles to and from our clients locations as needed
Experience
- This is a Junior entry level position, we are looking to train the right individual.
- Basic automotive knowledge is required.
- Basic autobody knowledge is an asset.
- Prior customer service skill is required.
- Excellent computer skills is required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and in a professional manor with all customers and co-workers
- Clean class 5 drivers license is required
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
