Focus on resource management while overseeing geological assessments and compliance standards. In this senior position, you will lead a team dedicated to estimating aggregate reserves and ensuring alignment with SEC SK-1300 regulations. Your role will involve collaboration with local business units and fostering a safety-first culture in mining planning while optimizing resource utilization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee aggregate reserves and manage SEC reporting annually
- Collaborate on cost-effective mining plans with stakeholders
- Lead geological investigations and team initiatives
- Monitor operational progress with local business units
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in mining engineering or similar field
- Minimum of 10 years of mining experience
- P.Eng or P. Geo certification required
- Proficient in geological modeling and GIS software
- Willingness to travel for site evaluations
